The shallow sides flaring widely to the finger-grooved rim from a shallow ring foot, freely carved on the interior with a sweeping lotus spray medallion, covered overall with a clear, crackled glaze of deep olive tone pooling to a darker tone in the recesses--7¼in. (18.3cm.) diam., box
