Comprising three rectangular card cases and a square game piece box: one card case carved in low relief with a dense allover scene of figures in a garden landscape with pavilions; a smaller case carved in high relief with various scenes of figures in garden settings; the third plain case carved on two sides with a cross, filled with figures in a garden on one side and with various flowers on the reverse; the game box with a top carved with figures in a garden which slides open to reveal two layers of reticulated, geometric game pieces which fit together to form a square, one case repaired--4 3/16 to 2¼in .(10.6 to 5.7cm.) long (4)
