A George III ebony striking small bracket clock

the case with gilt-metal foliate-cast handle to the gilt-brass lined triple pad top, pierced ebonised sound frets to the sides, the brass-bound base on gilt-brass bracket feet, the dial signed Jonn. Blake, Fulham on a silvered plaque in the foliate engraved arch flanked by subsidiary silvered rings for strike/silent and pendulum regulation, the silvered chapter ring with pierced blued steel hands, the matted centre with false pendulum and calendar apertures, foliate gilt spandrels, the five pillar twin fusee movement with later anchor escapement, the pendulum still suspended from the regulation bar, strike on a bell with pull quarter repeat on six bells, the foliate engraved backplate with movement securing brackets
