Paris: Robert Estienne, 1 April 1546 [titles dated 1544 and 1545]. 2 parts in one, 2 (335 x 225 mm). Ornamental headpieces and initials, printer's device on both titles [Schreiber B1] and on verso of final leaf [Schreiber 10]. (Light marginal dampstaining throughout, the latter gatherings more heavily affected, with small incursions onto text, small hole on g2 of the first part just touching text, small marginal flaw on Xx1 of the second part.) 18th-century half calf (worn with loss at edges of both boards and head and tail of spine).
