A Steiff centre seam teddy bear
with golden mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped snout, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, long jointed shaped limbs, felt pads and hump --16in. (41cm.) tall, circa 1908 (lacks button, repaired split to left ankle, stuffing shifted from upper arms, tiny bald patch to forehead, small hole to left paw pad, very slight wear to outer arms)
