With rebrowned twist barrels signed in gold on the rib (gold probably later) and engraved with a band of foliage at the rear of each breech, gold-lined touch-holes, engraved grooved tang, signed flat bevelled locks each with roller, semi-rainproof pan, and stepped tail, figured walnut half-stock (minor defects), flattened butt cut with pineapple chequering, engraved iron mounts including trigger-guard with pineapple finial (some minor pitting), and original horn-tipped ramrod, London proof marks
