Of bomb form with a slightly domed cover, gilt berry finial and loop handle, painted in colours with flower sprays reserved against the green ground within gilt cartouches of palm fronds issuing grasses and flowers, gilt dental rims

The slightly yellow green on the present lot is typical of the ground colour produced in 1775.
