AN AUSTRIAN SILVER TEAPOT, 1886-1922, maker's mark FR, apparently for Franz Rumwolf, Art Nouveau, round shouldered cylindrical, on reeded rim foot, the sides chased with flowering plants divided by waterlilies at intervals, on waterwork ground, the shoulder chased with stalagtites, with partly covered squat spout, rusticated vine angular handle, the hinged flat cover chased with waterlily band, with cast flower finial--marked on base, cover and finial--5¾in. (14.6cm.) high, gross weight 16.5oz.
