With central pair of filigree gold wings either side of a diamond-shaped garnet inlay, flanked by three tear-shaped garnet inlays in lotiform gold setting, between which lie two acanthus leaf calyxes from which emerge two pairs of rigid spirally twisted gold wires, attachment loops on reverse
