A COLLECTION OF THIRTEEN STEEL ARROWHEADS
18TH/19TH CENTURY
Comprising nine flattened sashogata (wide, pointed leaf with long stem), two heiangata (arrowroot leaf), one chozetsugata (slender, but widening near the point) and one karimatagata (open 'V') with silver nunome fretwork; all pierced, mainly with sakura, but one with a pagoda in negative silhouette; three signed Echizen Takasuye; mounted on a wooden arrowstand in three sections, all with wooden aprons pierced with stylized flowerheads and foliage (14)
