the upper section with a moulded cornice and inlaid frieze and arrangement of pigeon holes, drawers, cupboard doors and letter slides, above a panelled fall enclosing forward sliding writing surface with further fitted interior, all profusely inlaid with three frieze drawers, above an arched recess flanked by three drawers to each pedestal and a cupboard door to either side, raised on a plinth base -- 41½in.
