The double-arched pediment with molded cornice and two vasiform finials, the two doors with bevelled mirrors each etched with a starburst enclosing an interior fitted with shelves above a smaller shelf flanked to each side by three drawers, over a pair of candleslides, the base with a slant lid enclosing a writing-surface, pigeonholes, drawers and a sunken well, over two short and two long graduated drawers, on later bun feet, with the white chalk inscription M.Q.Le.C, the brasses, finials and mirror plates replaced
