The central purple linear patterned border on a woven background flanked by two border strips of long loops, framed, textile 16 x 14 in. (40.7 x 35.6 cm.) max.; a frame with five textile fragments of purplish-brown leaf-shaped motifs, three with central human figures, all with scrolling borders, another large fragment with plant decoration and another on an orange background, frame 18.5/8 in. (47.1 cm.) square; and a frame with three textile border fragments all decorated either with running hares or lions in brown or bluish-black, frame 18½ in. (47 cm.) square, all 5th-7th Century A.D. (3)
