A Chinese ivory slender baluster vase
and domed cover, carved and pierced in high relief with mask ring handles, shaped panels of figures and attendants in gardens before buildings and pine, surrounded by lotus flowers and scrolling foliage between borders of stylised key fret and stiif leaves -- 12½in. (31.7cm) high, 19th Century, carved and pierced hardwood stand with silver wire inlay, (minute losses).
