The bow-fronted breakfront rectangular top with a raised panelled superstructure flanked by two small drawers surmounted by a pierced- brass gallery with turned balusters with urn finials flanking Grecian lyres, above a long frieze drawer and a central arched recess drawer with green baize-lined bottle divides, and to the left by a conforming hinged door, with turned and spirally-reeded baluster columns on conforming tapering legs with bacchic lion-paw feet, restorations, the sides narrowing to the back and later veneered, originally fitted into a recess, probably Scottish
