The matchlock with tapering octagonal sighted iron barrel inlaid in silver with scrolling foliage and two gold aoi mon, brass-matchlock action (mechanism deffective) and trigger, mounted on a wooden stock (ramrod missing); and a netsuke-lighter of brass containing a miniature snaplock mechanism with separate iron-faced steel, deep pan and external button trigger, the shell secured by a spring-catch on one side and with a supsension-ring on the bottom
