An early 20th-Century black-enamelled German anemometer,
a plaque on the box reading WILH LAMBEKT AKT DES GOTTINGEN, with eight aluminium blade impeller, meter dial with two subsidiary dials for 100's and 1000's, reset botton, Aus/Ein lever, suspension loop and rectangular foot, stamped on the underside 21365, with a piece of paper titled Wilh. Lambrecht A-G, Göttingen Anemometer Nr. 1402/21365 Datum: 20.7.36 and showing a graph of Korrektion against Abselung in meters per minute, in original pine case with maker's plaque and brass hook and eye -- 6in. (15.2cm.) high
