Edo period (18th/19th century)
A shakudo kozuka with various insects in gilt hirazogan, the reverse with a tree in kebori, Kaga school; shakudo nanako with swallows in shakudo takazogan, silver and gilt details, with signature Hogen Haruaki and a kao; shakudo nanako, a bull in shakudo takazogan with silver and gilt inlay, signed Goto Mitsunobu and a kao; iron, carved in low relief with a traveller resting in a mountain pass, soft metal details; iron, inlaid with a kozuka and blade, inlaid with gilt flowers, the blade silvered, signed Jowa, Nara school; shibuichi, two figures in katakiri and kebori; copper carved as a fence hung with a shakudo flower basket (7)
