A Pavia dish
Circa 1700, manganese AF mark below crossed palm branches and a crown
Painted in yellow, blue, shades of green, manganese, ochre and grey, the border with a trompe l'oeil stone arch revealing a rocky landscape, the foreground with a standing figure beside a pediment and the base of a column with a putto in an oval cartouche (slight rim chips)
10in. (25.5cm.) diam.
