Edo Period (18th Century)
Decorated in gold hiramaki-e, takamaki-e and inlaid in lead, mother of pearl, coral and shell, with a thatched house beside a plum tree on a shore, the interior with plum blossom before a silvery moon, on a nashiji ground, gilt bronze waterdropper in the form of plum blossom, the tray with further branches of plum blossom, silver rims, slight old wear
