A Meissen globular teapot and cover
Circa 1730, blue crossed swords mark, indistinct mark to footrim
Painted with the Tischchenmuster pattern below a band of iron-red foliage and gilt flowerheads, the wishbone handle and faceted spout with indianische Blumen (slight glaze fault to base of handle and minute chips to footrim)
3¾in. (9.5cm.) high
