Designed as a bouquet with circular-cut ruby, single-cut diamond and pear-shaped yellow sapphire flowers, extending scrolling stalks suspending circular-cut ruby and sapphire flower buds and polished gold leaves, gathered by a rose-cut diamond ribbon, mounted in 18K gold, with a Belgian hallmark, circa 1945
