Of rectangular form, the plateau pierced with thirty two circular apertures, the sides with trefoil pendant frieze, the side panels pierced with Gothic tracery, fitted with twin rope-twist handles, on a stepped moulded plinth, with outset quadrangular angles, fitted with twin-handled drip trays, stamped C.B.DALE CO, NO 21., and NO 128264, with the original paint finish
