etching, 1893, on laid, watermark MBM, with the artist's initial stamp AS in green, with margins, deckle edges to the right, left and lower sheet corners, a small spot of printer's ink just outside the lower right corner of the platemark, a few further traces on the reverse, a crease running across the lower right sheet corner through the intitial stamp, a strip of light-staning at the left extending 25 mm. in from the left sheet edge, (well outside the image), one or two minor foxmarks at the top sheet edge, six spots of glue at the sheet edges verso, just showing through recto
