2° (310 x 190mm). Wood-engraved frontispiece, title vignette, 55 illustrations, 11 full-page and one vignette on colophon leaf, all by John Buckland-Wright. (Some spotting and browning.) Cosway-style binding in contemporary brown morocco gilt by Bayntun (Riviere), upper cover with inset original oval portrait miniature of Keats, the miniature surrounded by a gilt-tooled double-fillet border and an elaborate lozenge-shaped frame built-up from various arabesque small tools, outer border of triple fillet, repeated on lower cover, which is otherwise blank, spine in six compartments with raised bands, lettered in the second and third, the others with simple repeat decoration centred on a single fleuron tool with a double-fillet border, gilt turn-ins, marbled-paper endleaves, (slight discoloration to upper cover). LIMITED TO 500 COPIES, THIS NUMBER 418.
