8° (168 x 104mm). Half-title, section titles, title in red and black. Engraved portrait frontispiece, signed letterpress limitation leaf. A Cosway-style binding in olive morocco gilt by Riviere and Son for Henry Sotheran, lettered in gilt on fore-edges of covers 'Cosway' binding , invented by J.H. Stonehouse'. upper cover with inset original rectangular portrait miniature of Fuller by Miss C.B. Currie on ivory, the miniature surrounded with gilt decoration of dots, small flower-heads and various rococo tools, all within a simple outer border of a dot-roll, a single fillet and small cornerpiece tools, the lower cover with similar gilt decorated outer border, the spine in six compartments with raised bands, lettered in the second and third, the others with repeat decoration of rococo tools, dot-roll and single fillet, gilt turn-ins, watered-silk endleaves, gilt edges.

AN ORIGINAL 'COSWAY ' BINDING SIGNED BY STONEHOUSE AND CURRIE. The 'limitation' leaf reads 'This is No. 950 of the Cosway Bindings invented by J.H. Stonehouse, with miniatures on Ivory by Miss Currie. Signed J.H. Stonehouse Inventor. C.B. Currie Artist.'
