With moulded cornice and wavy frieze above two open shelves and three cupboard doors with arched fielded panels, between shaped sides, above three frieze drawers and a pair of twin-arched fielded panel doors, on stile feet, the handles original

Lot Essay

This dresser together with lots 222 and 278, belongs to a group associated with the Snowdonia and Conway Valley area whose plate-racks contain small cupboards either set above the lower shelf or at the base of the plate-rack, as here.
