A 16.5cm. diameter terrestrial table globe made up of twelve chromolithographed gores, the equatorial and prime meridian, running through Ferro, graduated in degrees, the ecliptic graduated in days, the oceans showing ocean currents, the Tropic circles hand-coloured in dark brown, the continents coloured in outline red, orange, yellow and green and showing no national boundaries save that between North America and Russisch Amerika, but showing rivers and mountains (some areas of old discolouration and small repairs at the poles), with (reproduction) unengraved brass meridian circle, the (reproduction) ebonised stand with octagonal horizon, the paper circle a colour copy with various graduations, raised on two curved quadrant supports to central tuned pillar and three shaped legs
