Meiji Period (late 19th Century), with signature Yoshitani
Realistically cast as a hawk perched on a twisted tree stump, the beak and talons finished in shakudo and the eyes inlaid in crystal, and the patina medium brown, the tree stump separately cast and finished in a dark black-brown patina
