Carved as a young girl and her brother, he clutching a bird, on a naturalistic base carved with a nest at their feet, inscribed Auguste Moreau, on a circular foot; the pedestal with square top, above egg-and-dart and a tapering column with Corinthian capital, cast with ribbon-tied trophies, on a square stepped foot
