The waved rectangular hinged top inlaid with a central spray of flowers within a confronting C-scroll cartouche with conforming foliate spandrels, framed within a slightly raised three-quarter gallery and enclosing a fitted bois satiné and kingwood interior with three compartments, the waved frieze with simulated panels and rocaille and acanthus-cast clasps, incorporating a fitted drawer with three removable silvered-brass wells to one end, on foliate and cabochon-guilloche headed cabriole legs joined by a galleried undertier with quatrefoil motif, the replaced channelled border leading to replaced acanthus-cast scrolled cabochon sabots, numbered 2 in ink to the underside
