Each with waved, channelled cartouche-shaped padded back, scrolled arms and seat covered in close-nailed gros and petit point needlework depicting pairs of courtly ladies in an extensive landscape with a flaming altar and an ewer, the seats with hounds beneath trees, the toprail and seat-rail carved with a central foliate spray, on foliate-headed channelled cabriole legs with foliate feet, restorations, the needlework 18th Century, one back with replaced cross-strut (2)
