A pair of cast silver-gilt models of poultry, hen and cockerel with multi-colour enamelled heads, necks and tails, their wings inlaid with rubies, the cockerel furthermore with emeralds-studded back, both presented on octagonal lapis-lazuli plaques set it multi-colour enamelled silver-gilt plinths with spreading feet
