Three miniature travelling shrines
The first and second 19th Century, the third 18th century
The outside of the first shrine with a roironuri ground and gilt kanagu, the inside in kinji with Buddha standing on a lotus, staff and pearl in hand; the second with hinged doors, the interior in gold foil containing a small wood carving of Kannon; the third decorated with gold hiramakie to the exterior, the inside in kinji with a statue decorated in gold hiramakie of Zochoten, one of the four guardians, standing on oni, (all with slight wear)
