On spreading oval foot, with fluted border, the stem formed as a crouching grotesque animal, with shell-shaped bowl, the scroll handle formed as a grotesque serpent with eagle's mask, applied beneath the lip with bearded male mask and engraved with a coat-of-arms with Royal crown above, marked on side
