Serjeant William Edmund Teeling, was awarded the R.V.M. in connection with the visit of King George V to his Army in the Field in October 1915. The I.S.M. was awarded to Teeling as a Sorting Clerk and Telegraphist in Birmingham (London Gazette 23.9.1918 refers).
