Set on a spreading stepped circular base with a short stem, the plain bowl finely engraved with contemporary Hebrew inscription in two circular bands: "from the godfather (sandak) to the child Re'uven Zelig son of Avraham, Shabbat eve, 28 of Iyar, 5570 (1810), Ya'akov son of David ha-Kohen", gilt interior
