in the Sèvres style, painted by William Billingsley with scattered pink roses, below meandering bands of roses between chased gilt lines, below blue and gilt drapery swags with chased-gilt pendant tassels and gilt dentil rim, painted puce mark, iron-red 7 for William Billingsley, gilder's 1 for Thomas Soar, Wm. Duesbury & Co., circa 1790 (light rubbing to gilding) -- 6.5cm. high
