signed on the hour ring Dollond London, the spring-loaded gnomon with scroll support, the hour dial with Roman numerals with sub-divisions for 10 minutes and two minute intervals, the gnomon supports with 'wheat-ear' decoration, the compass with silvered dial, level, cross-bubble, the edge-bar needle on pivot with jewelled cap and needle stop, the folding latitude arc engraved 0°-60°, the dial with three adjustable screw feet -- 6in.
