This is the single Classic Head quarter eagle certified by PCGS as part of the S.S. Central America treasure. As such it would be a nice exhibit item for anyone gathering a display from this fabulous find. This is a scarce variety with AM closely spaced and M perfect. Design by William Kneass. General motif as used 1834-1839.
