A Sèvres (hard paste) portrait medallion of Louis XVI and a French green-dipped circular medallion of Louis XVI
18th century, the first with blue interlaced L mark, the second inscribed Fauyan
The first with a biscuit portrait in profile to the right on a biscuit ground within a glazed self-moulded frame edged in gilding, pierced for hanging (very minor rubbing to gilding), 3in. (7.5cm.) diam.; the second with a similar bust portrait in profile to the right on a slightly domed sage-green ground, 2½in. (6.5cm.) diam. (2)
