A Meissen figure of Scaramouche from the Duke of Weissenfels series
Circa 1745, blue crossed swords mark
Modelled by J.J. Kändler and P. Reinicke, in black snood and cape, pink jacket, blue breeches and yellow shoes, standing turned to his right before a tree-stump on a mound base applied with flowers and foliage (restored through legs and tree-stump, restoration to nose and right leg, right arm a restored replacement)
