maker's mark of Richard Rugg, London, 1760 and 1761
Shaped-circular on three scroll and foliage feet, with fluted flower rim, the centre engraved with a crest within drapery mantling and with Viscount's coronet above, marked on reverse and engraved with scratchweights '32.8' and '33=6'
