A GROUP OF CHAMBERLAIN'S WORCESTER WARES IN THE 'QUEEN'S BEST' OR 'RICH QUEEN' PATTERN
Circa 1800, various marks
Painted in the 'Queen's Best' or 'Rich Queen's' pattern with alternate panels of sun flowers and iron-red mon on a cobalt-blue ground gilt with trellis, the rims with blue bands reserved with trailing leaves and enriched in gilt, including:
A D-shaped bough-pot and cover, 7¼in. (18.4cm.) wide
A part tea and coffee service comprising a saucer dish, a dessert plate, a cream-jug, a sugar-bowl and cover, a teacup, a coffee-cup, four saucers
A spiral-fluted jug, 6¾in. (17.2cm.) high
A spiral-fluted flower-pot stand, 43/8in. (11.1cm.) diam.
A flower-pot with fixed ring handles, 4½in. (11.4cm.) high (14)
