Each rounded crest and waisted back framed with reeded C-scrolls to either side, a polychrome-painted reserve to the center of each back depicting a dove over a serpent and banner inscribed SOYEZ SAGE ET SEMPLE, the trapezoidal seats above a plain apron on ring-turned tapering legs and peg feet (2)
