The tall cylindrical vases decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt over a clear crackled glaze, each with two large shaped panels, each edged with scrolling vine patterns and separated by moulded flower heads and brocade columnar borders, all on a ground of flowering vines, the rim with a band of gilt lappets containing various geometric patterns and moulded chrysanthemum heads, the foot with scrolling vines and moulded chysanthemums, one vase with a dancer accompanied by two musicians while a warrior looks on, and two Chinese beauties with attendants; the other with a warrior playing flute while his entourage listens, and Chinese beauties and attendants in a garden
