A set of nine Victorian wax profile relief busts of Notoriety by Richard Cockle Lucas
In contemporary giltwood oval frames, inscribed, some indistinctly, some distinctly with the sitters names -- Mrs Norton 1852; Lord Panmore, 1855; 11th Earl of Dalhousie; A H Layard, 1851; and Lady Palmerston 1850; Marquis of Douglas (11th Duke of Hamilton); and Samuel Rogers all inscribed R. C. Lucas, the frames, approx. -- 10in. (25.5cm.) high (9)
