carved wearing long robes and hat, holding a large peach in his arms -- 2 1/8in. (5.4cm.) high; an ivory netsuke of a bearded musician playing a cymbal, wearing long robes and hat, with articulated head -- 2½in. (6.3cm.) high; an ivory okimono of a group of fisherman, the two figures at the rear standing, one holding an oar, the other with a basket on his shoulder and a fish in his other hand, a further figure seated in front smoking beside a small boy -- 2¼in. (5.7cm.) high; an ivory netsuke of a bearded immortal, wearing long flowing robes and hat, holding a gnarled wood staff -- 2 1/8in. (5.4cm.) high; an ivory netsuke of a bearded man seated holding a fan, with articulated head -- 2 1/8in. (5.4cm.) high; an ivory netsuke of a father and son, the father seated holding a basket, the boy standing beside him -- 1½in. (3.8cm.) high; an ivory netsuke of a seated lady, wearing long robes holding an implement in her hands -- 1 7/8in. (4.8cm.) high; a painted ivory netsuke of a seated girl, holding an open fan in one hand and a drum in the other beside a minogame, on a circular base -- 1¾in. (4.4cm.) high; and another ivory netsuke of a bearded immortal, seated beside a goat holding a scroll and a fan, the goat with inset eyes -- 1½in. (3.8cm.) wide, (minor wear).

No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT at 17.5% will be added to the buyer's premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis. On the Thursday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £18.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.20 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
