A 1/8in.:1ft scale static waterline display model of Fulton's Paddle Steamer of 1807
built by W.G. Bryant, with masts and some rigging, spanker, anchor, capstan, deck rails, deck houses, boiler, steam engine and paddle wheels, stayed funnel and other details, finished in red, grey and black (some old damage and repairs) --19in. (48.2cm.) long; and a waterline model of an American Clipper with masts, spars, standing and running rigging and considerable deck detailing, finished in white and other colours and mounted on a carved painted seascape --23¾in. (60.5cm.) long. Framed historical note.
