The first marked Fabergé and with the workmaster's initials of August Hollming, St. Petersburg, 1896-1908; the second with Cyrillic mark of Friederich Köchli, St. Petersburg, circa 1890
The first, of rectangular convex shape with rounded corners, overall
reeded alternating with red and yellow gold, with a cabochon ruby pushpiece, marked inside cover; the second, rectangular of oval section, chased overall with a reeded sunburst emanating from one corner, with cabochon sapphire thumbpiece and match compartment, marked on the flange and bearing false Fabergé marks
